The media query hunter had a bug (causing builds to fail when CSS files did not contain any media queries - see
edition-node-gulpissue #54). After discussing with @bmuenzenmeyer it turns out the media query hunter was due to be removed anyway, so rather than fixing the bug this PR is to remove the media query hunterAddresses
edition-node-gulp#54Summary of changes:
core/lib/media_hunter.jscore/lib/ui_builder.jsso that it no longer requires the media hunter
